About Everroad
Who publishes Everroad: Everroad is published by Cloute Motors LLC, which sells marketing services to some dealers listed here. That never changes who is listed, the order, or the facts.
Everroad is a directory of franchise car dealerships. It answers the practical questions people ask before they go to a dealer:
- Is the service department open Saturday?
- What doc fee does this store post?
- Do they offer loaners?
- What does Utah law actually say about dealer fees?
Every fact links to its source and shows the date we checked it.
Who we are
Everroad is published by Cloute Motors LLC, a Utah company. Cloute Motors sells marketing services to car dealers. Some of those dealers are listed on Everroad, including stores in Salt Lake County.
That is a real conflict of interest, so we handle it in the open:
- Every franchise dealer in an area is listed, whether or not it works with Cloute Motors.
- Lists are ordered by a stated, mechanical rule, such as distance, alphabetical order or a single published fact. They are never ordered by client status or payment. See Methodology.
- Facts come from the dealer's own website, its manufacturer, or public records. They are the same fields for every dealer and are checked on the same schedule.
- Clients get no special access. They cannot preview or edit their listings. Like every other dealer, they use the public corrections process.
- Everroad's editorial data is maintained by someone who does not manage Cloute Motors client accounts.

What Everroad is not
- Everroad is not a review site. We do not show ratings or reviews.
- Everroad does not sell cars, quote prices or list inventory.
- Everroad is not affiliated with or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer or any dealer listed. Brand names are used only to identify dealers.
- Everroad does not give legal or financial advice. Pages about the law explain what the law says, with links to the official text.
How we use AI
Everroad pages are compiled with AI assistance and checked against dealer-published sources. If you ask us whether a response came from AI, we will tell you.
